🧾 How to Get Matric Marksheet Verification from Rawalpindi Board 2025

If you’ve completed your Matric (10th class) from the Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE) Rawalpindi, and now need to verify your marksheet for university admission, job application, or overseas use, here’s a complete step-by-step guide on how to get your marksheet verified through the Rawalpindi Board eServices portal.

📌 Step 1: Visit the BISE Rawalpindi Official Website

Go to the official website of the Rawalpindi Board:

From the homepage, scroll down to find the “eServices” section. Click on it to access various online services including Document Verification, Result Cards, and Certificates.

🧭 Step 2: Select the “Document Verification” Option

Under eServices, click on the Document Verification tab.
You will be redirected to the online verification form page.

Here you can verify the following documents:

  • Matric Marksheet / Result Card

  • Intermediate Result Card

  • Certificates and DMCs

🧾 Step 3: Fill Out the Verification Form

You’ll need to fill in the following details carefully:

  1. Name of Applicant (as per CNIC or Matric certificate)

  2. Roll Number (from your marksheet)

  3. Year of Examination

  4. Session (Annual or Supplementary)

  5. Purpose of Verification (e.g., Study Abroad, Job, Personal Record)

  6. Contact Details – Mobile number and Email address

Make sure all details are correct before proceeding.

💳 Step 4: Pay the Verification Fee

The verification fee can be paid in the following ways:

  • Bank Challan: Download the generated challan form and pay at any branch of Habib Bank Limited (HBL).

  • Online Payment: Some services allow JazzCash or EasyPaisa payment (if available on the portal).

Keep the paid challan slip safe — you’ll need to upload it next.
